I’m Katrina, born and raised in California. In 2018 my boyfriend and I decided to sell our house in the Bay Area and hit the road RVing. We took our careers remote so we could work from wherever on the globe we wanted and set our own schedules as much as possible.
Our path has been a little all over the place (literally and figuratively) since then. We traveled to Montana and back, made a home base in Reno, Nevada for some time, traveled the West some more, and have now purchased a property in Northern Arizona near the Grand Canyon that we are developing as an off-grid getaway.
We also spend as much time as we can in Europe (Catalonia, Spain) visiting family.
I’m passionate about travel and food (restaurant recs are my love language) so I created this blog to share my favorite places and things. I also love live music, dancing, and generally being outdoors, with the occasional hiking adventure. We are both avid skiers.
Because of skiing we do not travel south in winter like most RVers. After many many years skiing all over Lake Tahoe, we have spent our last three winters in the Salt Lake City area, enjoying the wealth of good skiing just a short drive from the city.
In 2022 we adopted a gregarious stray orange kitty who we named (Peach) Floyd. It’s a work in progress transitioning him into an adventure cat.
We love making friends on the road. The RV community is the best part about RV life!
